Why Athletes Work With Me
I’m a former college athlete specializing in athlete mental health, and I work with clients ages 10 and up. Drawing from personal experience in sport, I understand the intensity, identity, and emotional demands that athletes face, both during their careers and beyond.
I help athletes and individuals navigate performance pressure, recovery from injury, retirement transitions, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, substance use, relationship concerns, parenting concerns, grief, behavioral struggles, and everyday life stressors. I enjoy working with people who are ready to make positive changes in their lives and relationships.
My approach is warm, client-centered, and strengths-based.
Using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and practical self-care and coping skills, I help clients build resilience, confidence, and overall wellbeing. I aim to create a safe, trusting space where clients feel heard.
