About Me
I am a former NCAA Division I athlete and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience serving clients in MA and RI. I help my clients reach their full potential and find more peace and joy in their lives.
Why Choose Me
As a former college athlete, I am interested in athlete mental health and treat issues impacting current and former athletes ages 10 and up. I see my clients as whole human beings, not just sport performers. I help athletes and non-athletes overcome barriers and learn healthy coping skills to manage their stress and anxiety. I am a Board Member of the Alliance of Social Workers in Sports.
With over 20 years of clinical experience, I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker serving clients throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. As a dedicated member of the National Association of Social Workers, I provide evidence-based care grounded in decades of professional practice.
My approach is deeply informed by my history as a former NCAA Division I soccer player at Boston College. I have remained a leader in the athletic community as the Founder of the Cape Cod Women’s Soccer League and was recently honored with induction into the New Agenda Northeast Women's Sports Organization Hall of Fame.
Bridging the gap between mental health and performance, I am the Co-Chair of the Clinicians Committee of the Alliance of Social Workers in Sports and a vetted clinician for the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee. These specialized designations recognize my unique understanding of the pressures facing athletes at the highest level of competition.
